Lina packed her tiny suitcase for a trip to Planet Food. Her robot friend, Beep, beeped happily and opened a glowing map called “The Healthy Galaxy.”
First they landed on Veggie Valley, where crunchy carrots and leafy spinach waved hello. “Vegetables give you vitamins,” Beep said, “which help your eyes, skin, and body stay strong.”
Next was Fruit Forest, full of oranges, bananas, and berries like bright jewels. Lina learned that fruits also have vitamins and natural sugars for quick energy. “But whole fruit is better than juice,” Beep added, “because it has fiber that helps your tummy.”
Their rocket zoomed to Grain Gate, where oats, rice, and whole-wheat bread formed a golden bridge. “Grains give your body fuel,” said Beep. “Whole grains have extra fiber, which helps you feel full and keeps digestion moving.”
Then they visited Protein Peak, where beans, eggs, fish, chicken, and nuts played a drumbeat. “Protein is like building blocks,” Lina said, stacking toy bricks. “It helps build muscles and repair your body,” Beep confirmed.
At Dairy Dock, milk, yogurt, and cheese floated like white clouds. “These have calcium and vitamin D,” Beep explained, “which help make strong bones and teeth.” Lina tried yogurt and grinned at her stronger 'chew power.'
Finally, they landed on Water Way, a sparkling river that ran through every planet. “Water helps your brain focus and your body stay cool,” said Beep, offering Lina a bottle.
Back home, Lina built a 'rainbow plate': veggies and fruits, a scoop of whole grains, and a protein. She added a dairy side and drank water. “Now I can explore every day,” she said, and Beep’s map glowed: “Mission: Balanced and Bright!”
