Rosie was a little red racing car who lived in Mr. Wheels' garage. She dreamed of racing in the big championship, but she was smaller than all the other cars.
One day, Mr. Wheels told Rosie, "It's not about being the biggest, it's about having the biggest heart!" He polished her paint until it sparkled like rubies.
The race day arrived, and Rosie lined up with cars twice her size. When the flag dropped, she zoomed forward with all her might!
The bigger cars were faster on the straights, but Rosie was clever. She zipped through the corners like a red blur, using her small size to her advantage.
As she crossed the finish line in first place, the crowd cheered wildly. Rosie learned that being small didn't matter when you believed in yourself.
Mr. Wheels gave her a shiny gold medal. "I knew you could do it, Rosie!" he said proudly.
