Pip found Nibbles the penguin slipping across the snow with a tiny map in his beak. “I want to find the fish feast,” peeped Nibbles, “but I cannot read the signs!”
Pip pointed to a wooden sign. “This word is ICE,” said Pip, slowly. Nibbles tapped each letter with his flipper: I-C-E!
They waddled to another sign that said FISH. “Fish!” cheered Nibbles, reading it all by himself. At the snowy hill, a big banner said FEAST, and Nibbles smiled proudly.
That night, Pip and Nibbles shared fish-shaped cookies. “Words are little adventures,” said Pip.
