העכבר המצחיק

אפטמו העכבר המצחיק גר בקופסת נעליים קטנה מאחורי כיתת ב'. בכל בוקר הוא הציץ מהחור בקיר וחיכה שהילדים ייכנסו לכיתה.

Aptemo the funny mouse lived in a small shoebox behind the second grade classroom. Every morning he peeked out of the hole in the wall and waited for the children to enter the classroom.

יום אחד המורה מיכל הסבירה על ספרים. פתאום אפטמו קפץ מתוך תיק הספרים של עדי, עם מחברת על הראש כמו כובע. כל הילדים התחילו לצחוק.

One day, teacher Michal was explaining about books. Suddenly, Aptemo jumped out of Adi's book bag, with a notebook on his head like a hat. All the kids started laughing.

רוני אמרה: "איזה עכבר מצחיק!" ואפטמו רץ על השולחנות, מסדר עפרונות בשורה ישרה. גם המורה מיכל חייכה ואמרה שכנראה הוא רוצה ללמוד.

Roni said: "What a funny mouse!" and Aptemo ran across the desks, arranging pencils in a straight row. Teacher Michal also smiled and said that he probably wanted to learn.

מאז אפטמו נשאר בכיתה, יושב בשקט בזמן שיעור. בהפסקה הוא עושה הצגות מצחיקות עם מחקים וטושים. בית הספר הפך למקום עוד יותר שמח בזכות אפטמו העכבר המצחיק.

Since then, Aptemo has stayed in the classroom, sitting quietly during class. During recess, he makes funny plays with erasers and markers. The school has become an even happier place thanks to Aptemo the funny mouse
