My Family

This is Lily. She has a wonderful family. She wants to tell you all about them.

Lily lives with her mom and dad. She also has a baby brother named Max. They all live in a cozy house together.

Mom works at a school. She is a teacher. She helps children learn to read and write. Mom is very kind and patient.

Dad works at a hospital. He is a nurse. He helps sick people feel better. Dad tells funny jokes that make everyone laugh.

In the morning, the family eats breakfast together. Mom makes pancakes. Dad makes orange juice. Max sits in his high chair. Buddy waits under the table for food!

On weekends, the family goes to the park. Mom and Dad push Max on the swings. Lily throws a ball for Buddy. They have picnics on the grass. They laugh and play together.

At night, the family sits together. They read books and tell stories. Mom sings a soft song. Dad turns off the lights. Max falls asleep in his crib.
